Only 10 minutes to Disney with Game Room
Hello,
We thought you might appreciate knowing a little about who'll you'll be renting from. We are a family of three from Delaware. We own a small painting company which is our main business. Since we have always enjoyed visiting Florida and Disney, we decided to purchase our own vacation home in Kissimmee. We did so in June of 2004 and named it Majestic Palms Villa. After some remodeling, painting and decorating, the house was ready for our future guests!
The house is rented out when we are not using it to help offset the costs of ownership. We handle the bookings and websites ourselves and utilize a local property management company for weekly cleaning of the villa and care of our guests. They are on call 24 hours per day and will be able to assist you with any needs you might have during your visit. As a family, we visit often to do maintenance, touch-up painting and upgrades, making sure that the home is kept to our high standards. We hope that in doing so, our guests will return year after year to Majestic Palms Villa and refer friends and family members as well.
We'd like to thank all of our past guests for staying at our villa and for caring for it as their own. We really appreciate the many nice families who've sent 'thank you' emails and made such kind comments about our home. We hope to have you back again soon and hope that our future guests will find that the villa meets or exceeds their expectations as well.
